EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM TO 8 PM CDT
MONDAY.

* TIMING AND AREAS AFFECTED...THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING WILL BE
  IN EFFECT TODAY FROM NOON UNTIL 9 PM...AND FROM 1 PM TO 8 PM ON
  MONDAY. THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING WILL AFFECT THOSE COUNTIES ALONG
  AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 49.

* TEMPERATURE...HEAT INDICES WILL RANGE FROM 104 TO 110 DEGREES...
  MAKING SEVERAL DAYS THAT HEAT INDEX VALUES HAVE BEEN AT OR
  ABOVE 105 DEGREES.

* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF HIGH TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY
  WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASED POTENTIAL FOR HEAT RELATED
  ILLNESSES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

AN EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING MEANS THAT A PROLONGED PERIOD OF
DANGEROUSLY HOT TEMPERATURES WILL OCCUR. THE COMBINATION OF HOT
TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY WILL COMBINE TO CREATE A DANGEROUS
SITUATION IN WHICH HEAT ILLNESSES ARE LIKELY.

TO REDUCE RISK DURING OUTDOOR WORK...THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND
