A NWS STORM SURVEY FOUND AN EF-1 TORNADO TOUCHED NEAR THE
MISSOURI AND OKLAHOMA BORDER ALONG HIGHWAY 43 ABOUT 4
MILES SOUTH OF SENECA AND TRACKED NORTHEAST. THE TORNADO
LIFTED ABOUT 4 MILES WEST OF NEOSHO. SEVERAL OUTBUILDING
STRUCTURES WERE COMPLETELY DESTROYED. NUMEROUS TREES WERE
UPROOTED. THE WIDTH WAS APPROXIMATELY 200 YARDS AND
THE PATH LENGTH WAS APPROXIMATELY 10 MILES. MAXIMUM WINDS
WERE ESTIMATED AT 90 MPH.

A NWS STORM SURVEY FOUND AN EF-1 TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN
ABOUT 3 MILES NORTHEAST OF MONETT AND LIFTED ABOUT 3
MILES EAST OF FREISTATT. THIS TORNADO HAD A PATH LENGTH
OF ABOUT 4 MILES AND A PATH WIDTH OF 100 YARDS. SEVERAL
OUTBUILDINGS WERE COMPLETELY DESTROYED AND ONE HOUSE HAD
MINOR ROOF AND SIDING DAMAGE. NUMEROUS TREES WERE
UPROOTED OR SNAPPED ALONG THE PATH. THE MAXIMUM WINDS WERE
ESTIMATED TO BE UP TO 90 MPH.

AN EF0 RATED TORNADO OCCURRED EAST OF DUNNEGAN DURING THE
EARLY MORNING HOURS OF MAY 17. MULTIPLE TREES WERE
DAMAGED IN THE AREA...WITH DAMAGE CONSISTENT WITH WINDS
OF 75 TO 80 MPH. THE TORNADO HAD A PATH LENGTH OF JUST
UNDER ONE MILE...WITH A WIDTH OF 100 TO 200 YARDS.

A NWS STORM SURVEY FOUND AN EF-0 TORNADO BRIEFLY TOUCHED
DOWN SOUTHEAST OF FLEMINGTON. THE TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN
NEAR SOUTH 85TH ROAD AND 330TH ROAD AND LIFTED NEAR SOUTH
95TH ROAD AND HWY V. A COUPLE OUTBUILDINGS WERE
DESTROYED. NUMEROUS TREES HAD TREE DAMAGE WITH LARGE
BRANCHES BROKEN AND TREE TOPS SNAPPED. SEVERAL TREES WERE
UPROOTED. PATH WAS APPROXIMATELY 2 MILES LONG AND 100
YARDS WIDE. MAX WINDS UP TO 80 MPH.

A NWS STORM SURVEY FOUND AN EF-0 TORNADO BRIEFLY TOUCHED
DOWN ABOUT 4 MILES WEST OF E 358TH ROAD AND HWY
PP. IT TRAVELED NORTHEAST AND LIFTED APPROXIMATELY 2
MILES SOUTH OF PITTSBURG NEAR HWY 64 AND EAST 318TH ROAD.
NUMEROUS LARGE TREE BRANCHES WERE BROKEN AND TOPS OF
TREES SNAPPED. SEVERAL TREES WERE UPROOTED. MINOR ROOF
AND SIDING DAMAGE OCCURRED TO TWO HOUSES. PATH LENGTH WAS
APPROXIMATELY 7 MILES WITH A PATH WIDTH OF 100 YARDS. MAX
WINDS ESTIMATED UP TO 80 MPH.

THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES.
