Significant rises are expected on the following river:

The Little Osage River near Horton. Flood stage is 41.0 feet. The
latest stage was 39.0 feet at 8 AM Monday. The river may rise to near
39.2 feet by 12 PM Tuesday.  Rainfall over the area has ended and
the river is not expected to reach flood stage.

Do not drive through flowing water. Nearly half of all flood
fatalities are vehicle related. As little as 6 inches of water may
cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Two feet of water will
carry most vehicles away.
