High but within bank levels expected on the following river:

For the Sac River near Caplinger Mills.  Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
The latest stage was 15.3 feet at 9 AM Sunday. The river will remain steady
around 15 feet through today, then slowly fall to around 14.4 feet by midday
Monday.

Do not drive through flowing water. Nearly half of all flood
fatalities are vehicle related. As little as 6 inches of water may
cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Two feet of water will
carry most vehicles away.
