Elevated river levels are expected along the following rivers:

The Sac River near Caplinger Mills. Flood stage is 16.0 feet. The
latest stage was 14.9 feet at 6 PM Monday. The river will fall to near
13.9 feet by 7 AM Tuesday. People should be aware of the latest river
levels.

The Spring River above Baxter Springs. Flood stage is 14.0 feet. The
latest stage was 13.0 feet at 6 PM Monday. The river will fall to
11.2 feet by 7 AM Tuesday. People should be aware of the latest river
levels.

The Spring River near Waco. Flood stage is 19.0 feet. The latest
stage was 17.2 feet at 6 PM Monday. The river will fall to 14.5
feet by 7 AM Tuesday. People should be aware of the latest river
levels.

Do not drive through flowing water. Nearly half of all flood
fatalities are vehicle related. As little as 6 inches of water may
cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Two feet of water will
carry most vehicles away.
