Significant rises are expected on the following river:

The Little Osage River at Fulton is expected to approach flood stage
and may affect locations near the river. Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
The latest stage was 3.1 feet at 6 AM. The river may rise to
near 21.9 feet by Friday afternoon.

The Little Osage near Horton is expected to approach flood stage and
may affect locations near the river. Flood stage is 41.0 feet. The
latest stage was 25.3 feet at 7 AM. The river may rise to
near 40.5 feet by Friday morning. Remain aware of the latest river
levels and prepare for possible flood warnings.

Do not drive through flowing water. Nearly half of all flood
fatalities are vehicle related. As little as 6 inches of water may
cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Two feet of water will
carry most vehicles away.
