Significant rises are expected on the following river:

The Little Osage near Horton is expected to approach flood stage and
may affect locations near the river. Flood stage is 41.0 feet. The
latest stage was 31.5 feet at 9 AM Monday. The river may rise to near
39.5 feet by 6 AM Tuesday. People should be aware of the latest river
levels...and prepare for possible warnings.

Do not drive through flowing water. Nearly half of all flood
fatalities are vehicle related. As little as 6 inches of water may
cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Two feet of water will
carry most vehicles away.
