A WEAK SURFACE FRONT BROUGHT A WIND SHIFT TO THE WEST THIS MORNING
AS IT MOVED ACROSS THE REGION. NO CLOUDS OR PRECIPITATION WERE
ASSOCIATED WITH THE FRONT WITH SKIES REMAINING SUNNY THROUGHOUT
THE MORNING. AFTER MORNING LOWS IN THE 20S...LATE MORNING
TEMPERATURES HAD WARMED INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 40S.

A MOSTLY SUNNY SKY IS EXPECTED FOR THE REMAINDER OF TODAY.
AFTERNOON HIGHS WILL REBOUND BACK TO AROUND 50 IN THE EASTERN
OZARKS TO THE UPPER 50S IN SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS.

A STORM SYSTEM WILL DROP SOUTHEAST THROUGH ILLINOIS ON SUNDAY. THIS
WILL PRODUCE SOME GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS ACROSS THE AREA...BUT
TEMPERATURES WILL BE MILD WITH HIGHS IN THE 40S TO NEAR 50. A FEW
SPRINKLES OR SOME LIGHT RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE EASTERN
OZARKS AS WELL.

OTHERWISE...QUIET AND MILD WEATHER WILL PREVAIL INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK
WITH SEASONABLE TO ABOVE NORMAL TEMPERATURES EXPECTED.
