A MIXTURE OF RAIN AND SLEET CONTINUES TO EXPAND NORTHEASTWARD
ACROSS FAR SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND THE MISSOURI OZARKS EARLY THIS
EVENING. TEMPERATURES WERE GENERALLY IN THE LOWER TO MID 30S
ACROSS THE AREA WITH LIGHT EASTERLY WINDS OBSERVED.

THE RAIN...SLEET...SNOW MIX SHOULD CONTINUE THROUGH THE NIGHT.
LIGHT SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND
TO THE NORTH OF THE HWY 60 CORRIDOR WHERE GENERALLY 1 TO 2 INCHES
OF SNOW IS ANTICIPATED. TEMPERATURES SHOULD HOLD STEADY IN
THE LOWER 30S OVERNIGHT IN MOST LOCATIONS.

THE HEAVIER PRECIPITATION SHOULD COME TO AN END THURSDAY
MORNING...HOWEVER...SKIES ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN MOSTLY CLOUDY AND
POCKETS OF DRIZZLE WILL BE POSSIBLE. HIGH TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED TO WARM INTO THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER 40S.

ANOTHER CHANCE OF LIGHT RAIN OR SNOW SHOWERS WILL ARRIVE FRIDAY
NIGHT MAINLY ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL MISSOURI. WARMER CONDITIONS WILL
THEN SPREAD INTO THE REGION THIS WEEKEND AS HIGHS WARM WELL INTO
THE 40S TO AROUND THE 50 DEGREE MARK ON SUNDAY.
