HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS IN CONTROL OF OUR WEATHER REGIME THIS
MORNING AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK.
EARLY MORNING TEMPERATURES ARE RATHER WARM ALONG AND NORTHWEST OF
THE PLATEAU...WITH READINGS IN THE MID TO UPPER 70S. ELSEWHERE
TEMPERATURES ARE AROUND 70 DEGREES.

ANOTHER HOT DAY IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION AS HIGHS WILL ONCE
AGAIN PEAK IN THE MID 90S TO AROUND 100 DEGREES THIS AFTERNOON. AS
HAS BEEN THE CASE THE PAST FEW AFTERNOONS...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
STORMS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE EASTERN OZARKS THIS AFTERNOON AND
MOVE WEST...ENDING BY SUNSET.

HOT TEMPERATURES WILL PERSIST INTO THURSDAY...THOUGH HIGH
TEMPERATURES WILL DRAW DOWN A FEW DEGREES EACH DAY. BY THE
WEEKEND...NEAR AVERAGE TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED. A FRONT WILL
MOVE INTO THE AREA FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY AND BRING A GOOD CHANCE
OF RAIN TO THE REGION.
