CLOUD COVER THICKENED ONCE AGAIN EARLY THIS EVENING AS A WEAK
DISTURBANCE MOVED SOUTH OF THE OZARKS THIS AFTERNOON. A FEW SNOW
FLURRIES WERE REPORTED OVER SOUTHEAST KANSAS...OTHERWISE IT WAS
MAINLY A DRY DAY ELSEWHERE. ALTHOUGH A FEW BREAKS IN THE CLOUDS
ALLOWED FOR SOME SUNSHINE...TEMPERATURES STRUGGLED TO REACH THE
LOWER 20S ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON.

MOSTLY CLOUDY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST WELL INTO THE
NIGHT WITH OVERNIGHT LOWS EXPECTED TO DROP INTO THE UPPER SINGLE
DIGITS OR LOWER TEENS. ONLY LIGHT AND VARIABLE WINDS ARE EXPECTED.

TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY EXPECT A VERY SLIGHT WARM UP...ALTHOUGH
TEMPERATURES WILL STILL BE BELOW AVERAGE FOR LATE FEBRUARY.
DAYTIME HIGHS SHOULD APPROACH 40 DEGREES BOTH DAYS BEFORE ANOTHER
COOL DOWN IS EXPECTED LATE WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY. LIGHT SNOW MAY
ALSO BE POSSIBLE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS A WEAK LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
MOVES SOUTHEASTWARD OUT OF CANADA.

MORE PRECIPITATION AND COOLER THAN AVERAGE TEMPERATURES EXPECTED
FOR THIS UPCOMING WEEKEND.
