GUSTY SOUTH WINDS WERE OBSERVED ACROSS SOUTHEAST KANSAS AND THE
MISSOURI OZARKS THIS MORNING...WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE UPPER 40S
AND 50S. A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WAS LOCATED OVER NORTHWEST
MISSOURI WITH A COLD FRONT EXTENDED SOUTHWARD INTO NORTHEAST
OKLAHOMA.

THIS FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE MISSOURI OZARKS THROUGH THE
AFTERNOON AND EVENING...SHIFTING WINDS TO THE NORTHWEST AND
DROPPING TEMPERATURES INTO THE UPPER 30S TO LOWER 40S. THERE ALSO MAY
BE SOME LIGHT DRIZZLE OBSERVED BEHIND THE FRONT...BUT THE
MAJORITY OF THE AREA WILL BE REMAIN DRY THROUGH THE DAY.

TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN IN THE 30S AT MOST LOCATIONS FROM TONIGHT
THROUGH WEDNESDAY AS CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE SPREADS INTO THE
REGION.

THERE MAY BE A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
THURSDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE MOVES ACROSS THE REGION.
ADDITIONAL WINTRY PRECIPITATION WILL BE POSSIBLE LATER IN THE WEEK
AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TRACKS TO THE SOUTH OF THE OZARKS.
