SCATTERED STORMS DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
MISSOURI OVERNIGHT...AS MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES OCCURRED ACROSS THE
WESTERN OZARKS AND EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS. MORNING LOWS
ONLY DROPPED INTO THE LOW TO MID 70S OVERNIGHT.

HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR THIS AFTERNOON WITH HIGHS
WARMING INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 90S. AFTERNOON HEAT INDEX VALUES WILL
RANGE FROM THE UPPER 90S TO AROUND 100 DEGREES. SCATTERED STORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE...MAINLY EAST OF HIGHWAY 65 THIS AFTERNOON...THEN CHANCES
WILL INCREASE LATE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY AS A COLD FRONT PUSHES
SOUTH INTO THE AREA.
