...Elevated Fire Weather Risk Today...

Gusty southwesterly winds along with continued dry conditions will
result in an elevated fire weather risk today. Afternoon relative
humidity values will generally fall into the 25 to 30 percent
range but some locations especially across the eastern Ozarks
could fall below 25 percent. Southwesterly winds of 10 to 20 mph
can be expected with higher gusts to around 25 mph possible.
Moisture levels will increase tonight into the weekend.
