...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN NEWTON...
NORTHWESTERN CHRISTIAN...SOUTHWESTERN POLK...LAWRENCE...WESTERN
GREENE AND DADE COUNTIES THROUGH 400 AM CDT...

At 328 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 6 miles northeast of Golden City to Lockwood to
7 miles northwest of Miller to 9 miles northwest of Mount Vernon to 6
miles east of Sarcoxie to near Pierce City. Movement was east at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Republic, Stockton Lake, Monett, Aurora, Willard, Mount Vernon,
Marionville, Ash Grove, Greenfield, Pierce City, Billings, Lockwood,
Miller, Walnut Grove, Verona, Everton, Dadeville, Stotts City,
Halltown, and Freistatt.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 33 and 68.
