  EXTENDING FROM NEAR SHELDON TO NEAR BELLA VISTA...MOVING EAST AT 35
  MPH.

  HAZARD...70 MPH WIND GUSTS.

  SOURCE...LAW ENFORCEMENT. THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS REPORTS OF WIND
           DAMAGE WITH STORMS OVER PARTS OF NEWTON AND MCDONALD
           COUNTIES.

  IMPACT...EXPECT CONSIDERABLE TREE DAMAGE. DAMAGE IS LIKELY TO
           MOBILE HOMES...ROOFS...AND OUTBUILDINGS.
