AT 1255 AM CDT...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM BAXTER SPRINGS TO ANDERSON TO 7 MILES SOUTH OF NOEL...
AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.

HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS.  60 MPH WIND GUSTS ARE EXPECTED WITHIN
THIS LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. IN ADDITION...A TORNADO WARNING
IS IN EFFECT FOR FAR SOUTHEASTERN KANSAS...SOUTHERN JASPER...AND
NEWTON COUNTIES...WHERE STRONGER TORNADO WINDS WILL BE POSSIBLE.
