* TIMING...FREEZING RAIN WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING ALONG AND
  NORTH OF A LINE FROM COLUMBUS KANSAS...TO LAMAR...TO
  BOLIVAR...TO ROLLA. TEMPERATURES WILL SLOWLY WARM ABOVE FREEZING
  DURING THE MORNING...ENDING THE FREEZING RAIN THREAT BY MIDDAY.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...ADDITIONAL ICE ACCRETION OF A FEW HUNDREDTHS
  TO AROUND A TENTH OF AN INCH IS EXPECTED ON ELEVATED OBJECTS.
  MOST OF THE ADDITIONAL ICING WILL OCCUR ACROSS CENTRAL MISSOURI
  ALONG AND NORTH OF THE HIGHWAY 54 CORRIDOR...WHERE TEMPERATURES
  ARE COLDEST.

* MAIN IMPACT...IMPACTS TO TRAVEL WILL BE LOCALIZED ACROSS CENTRAL
  MISSOURI. BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES WILL BE MOST SUSCEPTIBLE TO
  ICE ACCRETION. ICE ACCRETION ON TREES AND POWERLINES WILL ALSO
  OCCUR RESULTING IN SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES.
