This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east Texas and northeast Texas. .DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight. Showers and isolated thunderstorms will be possible across Deep East Texas tonight. No hazardous impacts are expected at this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Heavy rain will return to the forecast by Sunday, with multiple disturbances anticipated over the course of the next week. Rainfall amounts will range between 3-6 inches, with locally heavier amounts certainly possible under heavier rainfall rates. A slight risk for severe weather has been introduced across the region for Monday, with large hail and damaging winds being the main threat.
