.DISCUSSION...Periods of mid and high clouds will remain in place
through tonight along with generally light north winds as a weak
disturbance passes by to the north. Cloud cover will decrease by
Saturday afternoon in the wake of this trough, while winds become
more southerly while remaining light. The southerly winds will
increase on Sunday ahead of the next grazing trough, with
temperatures trending warmer and slightly drier.

Clearing index will be a little suppressed due to the influence
of the lake, but should remain near 500 through Saturday due to
the unsettled weather pattern. On Sunday, clearing index will be
higher as the increased winds will aid mixing. However, a dry cold
front will then move into northern Utah Sunday night, shifting
winds to the north and allowing cooler and more stable conditions
into the area for Monday.
