showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain primarily in
Sebastian, Franklin and Madison counties in Arkansas. The
precipitation was in the Fort Smith area. Movement was to the east
at around 40 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was
around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of two and a half
to three inches. Coverage and intensity decreased during the last
hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late this evening and into
overnight, mostly clear, temperatures 64 to 74 degrees with north
winds 5 to 10 mph.
