THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR DECEMBER WAS 15.9 DEGREES WHICH WAS 1.1
DEGREES ABOVE THE NORMAL OF 14.8 DEGREES. THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE
FOR THE MONTH WAS 39 DEGREES ON THE 22ND. THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE WAS
-21 DEGREES ON THE 18TH. NO DAILY TEMPERATURE RECORDS WERE BROKEN
FOR THE MONTH. 13 DAYS HAD AVERAGE TEMPERATURES BELOW NORMAL.
