AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 66.6 DEGREES...WHICH IS 1.2 DEGREES ABOVE
NORMAL. IT WAS ALSO DRIER THAN NORMAL WITH RAINFALL FOR THE MONTH
OF 2.32 INCHES...WHICH IS 1.42 INCHES BELOW NORMAL.
