.SYNOPSIS...WEAK HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN OVER THE SOUTH TEXAS
BRUSH COUNTRY TODAY WHILE THE STRONGER HIGH WILL SHIFT TO THE
SOUTHEAST UNITED STATES. A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL PULL UP SHORT OF
THE LOWER TEXAS GULF WATERS MONDAY NIGHT LEAVING WEAK PRESSURE
SYSTEMS TO SETTLE ACROSS THE WATERS TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER
FRONT MAY HAVE ENOUGH PUSH TO REACH THE WATERS BY THURSDAY. ELEVATED
SEAS ON SUNDAY WILL SUBSIDE TO LIGHT TO MODERATE FROM MONDAY
THROUGH WEDNESDAY...WITH WINDS AND SEAS POTENTIALLY INCREASING BY
