.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE SPREADING ACROSS THE LOWER TEXAS COAST WILL
MAINTAIN LIGHT WINDS AND LOW SEAS TODAY. REINFORCING HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE WESTERN GULF TONIGHT INTO MONDAY...
RESULTING IN A SLIGHT INCREASE IN NORTHERLY WINDS AND HIGHER SEAS
BEYOND 20 MILES FROM THE COAST. WINDS SHOULD DIMINISH AND SEAS
SHOULD SUBSIDE BY LATE IN THE DAY MONDAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL
SETTLE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS ONCE AGAIN BY MONDAY NIGHT WITH
FAVORABLE MARINE CONDITIONS EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY.
