OFFSHORE FLOW. HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN OVER THE REGION THROUGH
EARLY FRIDAY BEFORE ADVANCING EAST. THIS WILL ALLOW A
SOUTHEASTERLY FETCH TO REDEVELOP. IN RESPONSE TO LOWERING WESTERN
PLAINS PRESSURES...ONSHORE WINDS WILL LIKELY PICK UP TO CAUTION
LEVELS SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
