.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Strong offshore winds will continue this morning with frequent
gale force gusts and elevated seas. Winds and seas will diminish
this afternoon and evening. Easterly to southeast winds should
resume Monday and Tuesday as high pressure moves off to the east.
The next cold front will push off the coast Tuesday night or early
Wednesday morning.
