.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
LIGHT TO MODERATE TRADE WINDS WILL PREVAIL THROUGH THE WEEKEND AS
A WEAK RIDGE REMAINS NORTH OF THE STATE. A LOW FAR NORTH OF THE
COASTAL WATERS WILL MOVE SOUTH THROUGH THE WEEKEND BEFORE
RETREATING BACK TO THE NORTHWEST EARLY NEXT WEEK. A SURFACE TROUGH
WILL DEVELOP OVER THE STATE BY MIDWEEK.
