.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move across the waters on Friday
and stall south of the waters over the weekend. Low pressure is
forecast to develop off the east central Florida coast by Friday
night and will move slowly northeastward this weekend. Onshore
winds will strengthen over the weekend, with Small Craft Advisory
conditions likely over the weekend into early next week.
