Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 15Z...or 8 AM PDT...A 1032 MB high
pressure center was located 1000 NM west of Seattle Washing while a
1008 mb thermal low was centered over southeast California. The high
will push closer to the coast through Wednesday but will weaken
along the way.
