WINDS ON THANKSGIVING DAY. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD OUT OF THE
MID SECTION OF THE COUNTRY INTO THE SOUTHEAST STATES ON
FRIDAY...THEN SHIFT OFFSHORE OVER THE WEEKEND.
