The National Weather Service in Gray Maine has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas
  Northwestern Strafford County in central New Hampshire...
  Southeastern Grafton County in northern New Hampshire...
  Belknap County in central New Hampshire...
  Central Merrimack County in central New Hampshire...
  Carroll County in northern New Hampshire...

* Until 830 PM EDT

* At 730 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that may cause
  urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas
  will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two
  inches of rain have already fallen from earlier thunderstorms and
  an additional inch of rain is possible.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Concord, Laconia, Conway, Franklin, Fryeburg, Lincoln,
  Moultonborough, Ossipee, Meredith, Plymouth, Farmington, Loudon,
  Alton, Barnstead, Gilmanton, Canterbury, Holderness, Ashland,
  Effingham and Woodstock.


Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
