...THE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
200 AM EDT FOR LOUDON...NORTHWESTERN BLOUNT...NORTHWESTERN MONROE AND
SOUTHEASTERN ROANE COUNTIES...

At 1237 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms has ended across the advisory area. Radar rainfall
estimates of over two inches has fallen in portions of the advisory
area over the last three hours. This will continue to cause urban
and small stream flooding in the advisory area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Maryville, Lenoir City, Alcoa, Sweetwater, Loudon, Louisville,
Rockford, Eagleton Village, Vonore, Greenback, Friendsville,
Philadelphia, McGee Carson Peninsula, Wildwood, Clover Hill, Tellico
Village and Fort Loudon S.p..

Additional rainfall of less than a quarter inch can be expected over
the area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
