  SOUTHWESTERN COCHISE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST ARIZONA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF SIERRA VISTA...

* UNTIL 100 AM MST

* AT 1000 PM MST MODERATE TO LOCALLY HEAVY SHOWERS CONTINUED TO
SPREAD INTO SOUTHWEST COCHISE COUNTY FROM MEXICO. ADDITIONAL
RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 1/2 INCH ARE POSSIBLE OVER AREAS THAT
PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED 1 INCH OR MORE. THIS IS PRIMARILY IN AND AROUND
THE HUACHUCA MOUNTAINS SOUTH OF SIERRA VISTA.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...
SPRING CREEK...CARR CANYON...MILLER CANYON...STUMP CANYON...HUNTER
CANYON...SLAUGHTER HOUSE WASH AND ASH CANYON.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS IN
WASHES AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN AREAS...
HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
