TO SCATTERED AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING CONVECTION.  DAYTIME
WINDS WILL BE SOUTHWEST TO WEST AT LESS THAN 10 MPH.

MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL BE AROUND 37 TO 43 PERCENT...
