.DISCUSSION...
Strong winds exceeding 60 mph are expected today after a frontal
passage continues to move through this morning changing wind
directions from southerly ahead of the front to westerly. Elevated
fire weather conditions will be possible with the strong winds,
especially Tuesday along the I-80 corridor from Cheyenne to Sidney
with dry downsloping winds off the Laramie Range dropping
afternoon RHs into the teens. Additionally, ongoing snowfall in
the mountains, especially above 7500 feet elevation, will continue
through today.
