Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Southeast Texas
National Weather Service Houston/Galveston TX
256 PM CST Tue Jan 23 2018

.DISCUSSION...
Although there will be short lived near sunrise RH recovery of over 70 percent
this resident dry air mass will mix out again tomorrow afternoon and produce
sub 30 percent PM humidities once again. North veering northeast winds will
generally remain weak and become more easterly to southeasterly Thursday.
Thus...late week increasing moisture with slight to moderate rain chances
as an upper level trough moves out of the Rockies and into the Plains.
