FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR NORTHERN ALABAMA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HUNTSVILLE AL
322 AM CDT MON MAY 30 2016

.DISCUSSION...
HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING INTO THE MIDWEST WILL ALLOW FOR WARM
TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE TN VALLEY THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE
WEEK. GOOD MIXING IS EXPECTED AS A RESULT OF THE WARM TEMPS
AND WE WILL BE ABLE TO MIX DOWN SOME DRIER AIR EACH AFTERNOON,
SENDING RH VALUES DOWN TO AROUND 35 PERCENT. MOISTURE BEGINS
TO RETURN BY THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK AS WINDS SHIFT TO THE
SOUTH. RAIN CHANCES INCREASE FROM WEDNESDAY ONWARD AS A FRONT
MOVES INTO THE REGION. THIS BOUNDARY WILL STALL OUT OVER THE
WEEKEND AND WILL KEEP CHANCES FOR RAIN IN THE FORECAST.
