.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered showers and storms will be
possible this afternoon, primarily across southern and western
districts. Better rain chances will exist Sunday into Sunday night,
as a cold front shifts east into and through the area. Winds will
be breezy from the southeast today between 10-15 mph. A few gusts
around 20 mph cannot be ruled out, especially across the Delta
region. Fog is not expected this morning, nor Sunday morning.
