Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
359 PM EDT Thu Mar 23 2017

...Low Relative Humidity Through Early This Evening...

.DISCUSSION...High pressure will continue to retreat off
to our east through the end of the work week. Southerly
flow will engage more steadily over the next 24 hours,
allowing for poorer relative humidity recovery on ridgetops
over the next few nights, and increasing 20 foot winds
during the late morning and afternoon hours. Rain chances
will increase Saturday and especially Saturday night as
a cold front approaches from the west.
