TUESDAY, WITH AFTERNOON RH/S AROUND 15 TO 20 PERCENT EXPECTED ACROSS
PORTIONS OF THE STOCKTON PLATEAU, BIG BEND AREA, AND RIO GRANDE
VALLEY. STRONG W/SW WINDS WILL RETURN TONIGHT/TUESDAY, THOUGH
THANKFULLY, THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS, SE NM
PLAINS, AND UPPER TRANS PECOS WHERE RH/S WILL BE ABOVE 25 PERCENT.
THUS, ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE POSSIBLE, BUT CRITICAL
CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED. WINDS WILL DECREASE WEDNESDAY ONWARD,
