Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
305 PM MST Thu Dec 14 2017

.Discussion...

The weather system that has been affecting the area today, will be
moving out of the area this evening. Dry and warmer weather will
return to the area for Friday and Saturday. Saturday night and
Sunday, a weather system will move from the Great Basin into
Arizona and New Mexico and at this time it looks like the best
chances for precipitation will remain to the south of Colorado, but
a cool down can be expected on Sunday. Otherwise, dry weather is
expected through Wednesday and then a new weather system may bring
precipitation to the area next Thursday.

Smoke dispersion is expected to be good over the mountains Friday
afternoon, with poor dispersion in the San Luis Valley, fair to
good dispersion along the I-25 corridor, and poor to
fair dispersion across the southeast plains.
