Fire Weather Planning Forecast FOR S Cntrl and Sern Colorado
National Weather Service Pueblo Co
522 PM MDT Wed Oct 18 2017

.Discussion...

Generally dry and warm through Friday with just a few spotty
showers possible over the mountains Thursday afternoon. Friday
will be windy and dry ahead of an approaching upper level
disturbance. Near critical fire weather conditions will be
possible over parts of the area.

Over the weekend, a weak upper level disturbance and cold front
will move through the district. This will bring breezy and cooler
weather to the district on Saturday with temperatures falling back
closer to average. A few spotty showers will be possible but
nothing too widespread or intense is expected.

Sunday and Monday, dry and warmer weather will return with
temperatures climbing back above average. Tuesday and Wednesday,
another dry cold front could move through the district returning
temperatures to near average.

Ventilation rates will generally be good or better over the
district on Thursday. On Friday, rates will be excellent
everywhere.
