.DISCUSSION...
A wintry mix of precipitation overnight will begin to taper off this morning.
Subfreezing temperatures will continue across most of area through midday Wednesday,
and northern portions of the area will not reach above freezing until late
Thursday morning. Northerly winds 10 to 20 mph will continue today as clouds decrease later
in the day. Sunny skies Wednesday and Thursday with afternoon relative humidities between
30 and 40 percent. Warmer temperatures with increased rain chances in store for the upcoming
weekend.
