WARM AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE INTO MONDAY. A LOW PRESSURE
SYSTEM WILL AFFECT CENTRAL CALIFORNIA MONDAY NIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY
NIGHT. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING MUCH COOLER TEMPERATURES AND BREEZY TO
WINDY CONDITIONS OVER MUCH OF THE DISTRICT. THE STRONGEST WIND GUSTS
ARE EXPECTED OVER THE HIGH SIERRA AND BELOW THE MOUNTAIN PASSES OF
THE KERN COUNTY MOUNTAINS AND DESERT. THE WEATHER SYSTEM WILL BE A
RELATIVELY DRY STORM WITH A CHANCE OF RAIN AND MOUNTAIN SNOW MAINLY
OVER THE NORTHERN HALF OF THE AREA.
