...DISCUSSION FROM SFOFWFMTR...

SLIGHTLY COOLER CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP BY MONDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE
OVER CALIFORNIA MOVES EAST. AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE WILL THEN MOVE
INTO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ON MONDAY NIGHT. RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM
LATE MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY...MAINLY ACROSS THE SOUTHERN AND
EASTERN PORTIONS OF THE DISTRICT. DRY WEATHER WILL RETURN TO ALL
AREAS BY TUESDAY NIGHT. DRY AND MILD CONDITIONS ARE THEN FORECAST
THROUGH THE SECOND HALF OF THE WEEK.

...DISCUSSION FROM SFOFWFSTO...

HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE WESTERN U.S. WILL BRING FAIR SKIES...ABOVE
NORMAL TEMPERATURES AND RELATIVELY LOW HUMIDITY TO THE HIGHER
ELEVATIONS OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS. MORNING FOG WILL REMAIN A
FEATURE IN THE CENTRAL VALLEY AND DELTA AS WELL. BREEZY EAST WINDS
WILL CONTINUE OVER THE SIERRA CASCADES TODAY AND TONIGHT. A LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM OFF THE SOCAL COAST WILL LIFT NORTHEAST THROUGH
SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA ON TUESDAY AND EARLY WEDNESDAY BRINGING A THREAT
OF PRECIPITATION TO THE ENTIRE FORECAST AREA BUT MAINLY TO THE
SIERRA CASCADE RANGE. THE REMAINDER OF THE EXTENDED PERIOD LOOKS DRY
 UNDER REBOUNDING HIGH PRESSURE.
