Dry with increasing southwest to west winds aloft tonight and
moreso Tuesday as a disturbance passes to the north of New
Mexico and surface low pressure strengthens. Poor to fair
overnight humidity recovery tonight. Combination of low
humidities and strong winds Tuesday afternoon and evening
will result in critical fire weather conditions but forecast
Haines ranging from 4 to possibly 5.
