SERVICE.

.DISCUSSION...RAIN WILL INCREASE IN INTENSITY THIS MORNING BEFORE TAPERING
TO A FEW LINGERING LIGHT SHOWERS THIS AFTERNOON. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL
RANGE FROM APPROXIMATELY ONE QUARTER TO ONE THIRD OF AN INCH. GUSTY SOUTH
WINDS WILL ALSO DEVELOP THIS MORNING AS THE HEAVIER RAIN MOVES IN...BUT
WILL THEN QUICKLY DIMINISH DURING THE AFTERNOON. THE LOW LEVEL FLOW WILL
BECOME WESTERLY TONIGHT AND PERSIST THROUGH FRIDAY (AND BEYOND). THIS WILL
KEEP MOST OF THE RAIN WEST OF THE FIRE...HANGING UP IN THE MOUNTAINS. IF
ANY RAIN DOES MAKE IT TO THE FIRE IT WILL BE LIGHT AND SHORT-LIVED. WITH
GENERALLY COOL AND CLOUDY CONDITIONS RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL REMAIN
RELATIVELY HIGH THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS.
