.DISCUSSION...DRY SURFACE HIGH PRESSURE WILL EXTEND INTO THE
FORECAST AREA FROM THE NORTH TODAY. THE RIDGE WILL SHIFT OFF THE
COAST TONIGHT AND LOW-LEVEL ONSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE
FORECAST AREA. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF FREEZING RAIN BEGINNING
JUST BEFORE DAYBREAK MONDAY MORNING AT THE BURN LOCATION. MINIMUM
RH VALUES THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE NEAR 20 PERCENT AT THE BURN AREA.
LOW CLOUDS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE LATE TONIGHT AND INTO MONDAY
MORNING. NO FOG IS FORECAST LATE TONIGHT/EARLY MONDAY DUE TO WINDS
STAYING UP SLIGHTLY OVERNIGHT AND INCREASING CLOUDS. EAST-
NORTHEASTERLY TRANSPORT WINDS THIS MORNING WILL VEER TO EASTERLY
THIS AFTERNOON WITH SPEEDS AROUND 8 TO 10 KNOTS THROUGH THIS
EVENING. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE AROUND 5 TO 8 KNOTS
OVERNIGHT OUT OF THE E/ENE.
