.DISCUSSION...Westerly winds will increase as the morning
inversion lifts around 930 am with some gusts up to 20 mph through
the afternoon. Clouds will be increasing late this afternoon as a
weak front will be approaching the burn area with minimum
afternoon RH around 38 percent. No rain is expected late this
evening and tonight as the front crosses the area. Winds will
shift to northerly tonight as the front moves to the coast.
