HIGH WILL THEN REMAIN IN CONTROL TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY. WINDS WILL
PRIMARILY BE OUT OF THE NORTH TODAY...AND WILL TURN TO BECOME MORE
SOUTHERLY BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON. RH VALUES ARE EXPECTED TO BOTTOM
OUT IN THE LOW 30S AROUND 3-5 PM THIS AFTERNOON WITH THE PRESENCE
OF DEEPEST MIXING...AND WILL THEN QUICKLY RECOVER AS MIXING ENDS
AND A SURFACE INVERSION DEVELOPS AROUND SUNSET.
