.DISCUSSION...LIGHT NORTHWEST WINDS WITH A FEW GUSTS ARE EXPECTED
THIS MORNING AND INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON...BUT SHOULD SUBSIDE AND
BECOME CALM TONIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE AND DRIER AIR BUILD IN ACROSS
THE REGION. AN AREA OF LOW CLOUDS WILL REMAIN POSITIONED OVER THE
PRESCRIBED BURN SITE THIS MORNING AND EVENTUALLY MIX OUT DURING
THE AFTERNOON. THE CLOUDS AND PRESENCE OF COLD AIR WILL KEEP
TEMPERATURES IN THE 30S TODAY. RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL ONLY
FALL INTO THE 40 PERCENT RANGE LATER TODAY. CLEAR SKIES AND CALM
WINDS TONIGHT WILL PRODUCE OVERNIGHT LOWS IN THE TEENS.
