WITH LIGHT WINDS. MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES ARE FORECAST TO
DROP TO AROUND 40 PERCENT AT THE HAIR RIDGE BURN. A DRY FRONTAL
SYSTEM WILL GO THROUGH THE AREA TONIGHT AND EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.
HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE AREA FRIDAY AFTERNOON WITH WINDS
BECOMING NORTHWEST AND GUSTING BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MPH. MINIMUM
