.DISCUSSION...A weak cold front will bring light rain to the Santa
Cruz Mountains on Thursday night. About a tenth of an inch of rain is
expected. Rain should end by daybreak Friday. Friday will be a cool
day with brisk northwest winds. A warming and drying trend will begin
on Saturday as high pressure begins to build over California and
winds shift from northwest to north. The warming trend will continue
into early next week and northerly winds will likely increase by
Sunday morning.
