.DISCUSSION...
Recovery early this morning will be good (around 75 percent). Expect
northeast winds around ignition time, becoming light and easterly
by mid day. Then, by this afternoon, winds will increase slightly
to just below 10 mph from the south. Min RH will drop to around
30 percent during the late afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (0-5 percent).
Max temperature.....Around 46.
Min humidity........31 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Northeast winds 6 to 8 mph in the morning
                    becoming light, then becoming south 5 to 8 mph
